On the 31st May, 2022  Lt Gen James Mugira; the Managing Director-National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) commissioned the refurbished Staff Quarters “Masindi House”; a new  Fabrication Workshop and a Staff Mess at Luwero Industries (LIL), Nakasongola.

Gen James Mugira was received by Maj Gen Sabiiti Muzeyi, the General Manager LIL.

 Luwero Industries is a Subsidiary of NEC.
