National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) received a high visiting delegation from the Central African Republic of Congo (CAR).

On 19th January 2024, the Deputy Managing Director -led by their Minister of National Defence, Hon Rameaux Claude BIREAU at NEC Headquarters in Bugolobi, Kampala.

Gen Oula welcomed the delegation and explained the activities and operations of NEC and its Subsidiaries/Joint Ventures and their contribution to the socio-economic development of Uganda.

The delegation was briefed on ” The Role of Military in Socio-Economic Transformation” by Col Moses Mwesigwa on behalf of the Managing Director -NEC, Lt Gen James Mugira.

CAR delegation and NEC Leadership discussed areas of cooperation and collaboration.

The Minister was accompanied by Brig Gen Arcadius BETIBANGUI, Deputy Chief Incharge of Planning- representing their CDF among others.

Present also were senior managers from NEC.
